Cancellation by Guest

Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Cancellation by Host

If the host needs to cancel, a 100% refund of any pre-paid accommodation fees will be made in full if the booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the host’s control. These include: death of cabin owner or of an immediate family member, serious illness, severe damage to the home that makes it unsafe to host guests or that prevents guests from accessing basic amenities like running water, electricity (not including planned renovations), border, airport and road closures, natural disasters such as bush fires, earthquakes, floods or severe storms. Other than a full refund the host will not be responsible to the guest for any further penalties.
