This is the absolute perfect nature retreat, a wonderful mix of forest and farmland in the rolling hills and valleys, five minutes south of Bridgetown. What an absolute sanctuary away from all the 21st century noise, and such a surprising find, a lovely cabin with everything you could possibly want for a short or longer stay. As soon as we arrived we made a pact to not leave the property during our stay and not see anybody, why would you, when there are picture perfect views in every direction and multiple comfortable places to sit, listen and watch nature do its thing, and to really plug yourself back into natures healing. Such a beautiful well designed and looked after cabin – spacious, open planned, with large spotlessly clean panorama windows letting in plenty of natural light, day and night. Thank you so much Liesbeth for providing us with such a wonderful experience that we definitely want to experience again.

Amazing place! It’s like the quintessential little cabin on top of the hill. Cosy, clean, warm-and with awesome views! We visited in winter, and with the rain pouring, fire roaring, and a cup of tea in hand, it felt so snug. Host was lovely and so accomodating, would definitely visit again!

What a beautiful setting! A rustic cabin that oozes personality and charm that is surrounded by forest and farmland. Loved the sounds of birds, frogs and the neighbouring farm's cows and NOTHING ELSE!! No sounds of traffic or any other sounds of modern day life. The cabin was spotless, simply but charmingly decorated with small considerate touches. Close enough to Bridgetown but not too close that you feel surrounded by civilisation. Very well stocked with essentials and so many little spots designed purely for relaxation. Ideal for couples who need some time away to recharge.

What a slice of paradise this place is. A short drive into beautiful Bridgetown, but you wouldn’t know it in this truly rural setting. Magical views in every direction. And all the mod-cons you could want if you want to stay in and veg-out. We’ll definitely be back.

This is an idyllic rustic cabin in a fabulous setting just outside Bridgetown. The views, the peace and quiet are all wonderful. Liesbeth and David have done a wonderful job in restoring the old cabin for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

Liesbeth's cabin at the top of the hill was a perfect break. We stayed with two young children, who spent hours exploring the property whilst we read and enjoyed the view by the fire or on the deck. It's such a lovely little place in a beautiful part of the world, and we had everything we needed for a refreshing few days away from the city. Thank you, Liesbeth.

Cute, snug little cabin set in lovely countryside. We loved listening to the visiting Western Whistlers and the dawn magpie chorus. Beautiful, pitch-black night skies and dazzling star shows. 5 year-old Lawrence loved foraging around and digging in firepits, investigating and spotting nature. Very memorable!
The forest edge cabin was everything I need to recharge and disconnect from a busy lifestyle in the city. This property reminded me of being back in Canada at our family cabin. Being able to use the fire places and really relax was amazing. I’m so grateful for this lovely cabin. You guys have truly thought of everything for the perfect getaway. Thank you for allowing me to stay here and for creating such a beautiful space. I’ll definitely be back again to enjoy the views. This cabin is an absolute gem! Beautiful views all around, birds, emus and kangaroos galore 🙂 The cabin has everything you need for a relaxed time away and picking fresh fruit from the trees was a treat.

This beautiful private peaceful cabin is a haven of peace and quiet. Everything needed is provided for a comfortable idyllic stay in the country. Just bring your eating and drinking needs and you won’t leave. Beautifully styled with quality linens, antique furniture and modern appliances. We were blessed enough to receive visits from emu, kangaroo and black cockatoo. A special place.

The studio cabin is very clean and super cute! The kitchen was really well equipped with little extras which we loved, and the scenery was just spectacular! Bridgetown centre is only 5 mins away which is very convenient, but you still feel really secluded and away from the bustle on the property. Thank you very much for the lovely stay, we'll be back!

This is by far the most amazing place I have ever stayed. My mum was visiting from France and we had the most relaxing time in Liesbeth gorgeous cabin. Everything is made for you to feel so cosy, so many special touches that you don't usually find in most Airbnb’s. What a score! We couldn’t have been happier. Stunning setting, looking out over National Forest and rolling hills from the luxury of this perfect cottage with anything you could wish for. I am normally quite picky in what sort of place I like, but this accommodation couldn’t have been better. Everything was sparkly clean, we felt welcome and well catered for and the communication was effortless. Best place we have encountered in the countryside by a mile! Feeling all rejuvenated now. Thank you!

This is a lovely cabin, 2 adults with young child stayed comfortably in the single room cabin and it is wonderfully set up for entertaining. Close to Bridgetown, it was very easy to get to and from with a car including for visitors. Will be at its best when you can use the fire pits to sit outside though brand new in-room air conditioning kept it very comfortable on hot days. Will be staying again.
